Partnerships
Partnerships are confirmed on receipt of payment and are subject to availability. Booth placement is allocated in order of confirmation. Branding inclusion depends on materials being supplied before the deadline we share on confirmation.
Commission
Home Harmony operates on a non-retainer basis alongside partner agents. We do not act as a letting agent and do not hold client money. Commission on any resulting tenancy remains with the partner agency.
Tickets
Tickets admit one named attendee and are non-transferable without prior agreement. We reserve the right to refuse entry where conduct affects the safety or comfort of other attendees.
Matching
We facilitate introductions between renters and between renters and partner agents. We do not guarantee a match, a tenancy, or the conduct of any attendee, and we recommend all parties carry out their own referencing and due diligence.
Changes
Event date, venue and format may change. We will notify registered attendees and partners of any material change as early as possible.
