For renters we collect your name, contact details, age bracket, occupation, preferred areas, budget, household preferences and anything you choose to tell us about yourself. For estate agents we collect your agency name, contact details, website, chosen and enquiry message.
Why we collect it
Renter details are used to match you with compatible flatmates and to share relevant requirements with partner estate agents. Agency details are used to administer your partnership and contact you about the event. We only send marketing email where you have opted in.
Who we share it with
Partner estate agents receive the information needed to assess a tenancy application. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email homeharmonypr@outlook.com and we will respond within one month.
Retention
We keep event registration data for as long as needed to run the event and any follow-up, then delete it unless you have asked to hear about future events.
